Altura Construction Company Inc. is a family owned and operated business, fully licensed and insured. It was founded in 1974 and based out of Garfield, NJ by Charlie Messina. Charlie started out as a mason repairing and building steps then moving onto building foundations. He is a dedicated man that works hard and loves what he does. As the word spread of his hard work, passion and love of construction his business grew. He began to focus on roofing, siding and installing windows and doors as well.
