Working with MSI is honestly better than having a friend in the business. There’s no reason to ever call anyone else. I trust them completely to get the job done right. Melissa is endlessly helpful with scheduling, diligent about follow-up, and a delight to chat with. Their excellent technicians have been to my late 1970's house several times, fixing or upgrading large & small plumbing issues. They are always prompt, friendly, courteous, efficient, thorough, clean, respectful of home & property. There are never any surprises… a quote is as good as final. I most recently needed to replace a broken exterior cast iron septic drain pipe. Excavator Bill, along with plumbers Bill and Pete, did an outstanding job! Not only in replacing / improving the entire drain system, but going several extra miles, including cement reinforcement of both end connections to ensure the pipe will not shift again. A friend who was here to observe said simply, “They know what they’re doing.” Landscape disturbance was minimal, restoration excellent, all work completed in less than a full day. I couldn’t be happier!
We have done many projects with MSI including bathrooms, kitchen, new windows as well as calling them for several plumbing/cooling emergencies. I cannnot recommend them highly enough. Brad does a fabulous job of estimating and overseeing projects; he knows how to solve every unforeseen problem, keeps things on schedule and always keeps us in the loop on schedules. Every single MSI employee is top notch at what they do and we couldn't be happier with the results of their efforts. The office staff is friendly and very helpful as well. Special shout out to Jason; he is a meticulous and skilled craftsman who does beautiful work (and our dog loves him). Thanks, MSI, you're the best.
