LBI Construction, Inc. & LBI HOUSE RAISING & Contractors, Inc. provides not only new construction, renovation and repair, but a complete house raising package to bring your house to the current FEMA flood elevations, or to garage height. Unlike other house raisers, who only raise and lower homes, we are a turn key, full service construction company. David Leonetti has been building and renovating homes on Long Beach Island for over 30 years, and personally manages, oversees and guarantees the workmanship on each and every project.

David Leonetti is a native of Long Beach Island, and has been serving the area, as a General Contractor since 1982. His family has been on the island since the early 1900's and his father was Chief of Police of Long Beach Township in the 50's and early 60's, when he lost his life in the '62 storm. David is well familiar with the area and the structures on the island, having been involved in the building trade since the late 60's while still in high school. He has witnessed many damaging storms over the years, and has studied the damage they can inflict.
