We hired this contractor to build a custom home. After over 8 months of waiting for updates we were shocked to learn the project had doubled in cost. The contractor said we were not entitled to a refund and in fact sued us for an additional 74,000 dollars. After a long legal process we were awarded a substantial refund based on the arbitration decision that we were being charged unfairly. I have seen Mr Bourre’s work and am astonished by the attention to detail he gives. His office is easy to get a hold of and very friendly. His crew that i saw was always on task and when approached very friendly. I would highly recommend him to do any work, wether it be small jobs or a whole home. I look forward to doing more business with bourre construction in the future.
