While learning this industry the large hail storm hit Tulsa and surrounding communities in 2008. Russ was able to provide a much needed service to the Tulsa community, many homeowner's roofs were repaired or replaced. The national company he worked for recognized his outstanding performance and he was promoted to the Tulsa area manager. The very next year Russ had his opportunity to start his own company.
