Just about the nicest group of folks you will ever find. The owners invest in their workers -- really invest to teach them customer service -- looking people in the eye, shaking their hands -- I always feel like they get that manners are to make everyone feel comfortable. Just world-class folks.

then, second the work is top drawer. They are careful and respectful of your things. You don't have to stand at your window all day like gladys kravitz nitpicking and worried.

There isn't anyone better.

If you want a fantastic paint job with multiple colors you can't do better than this group. They won't be the cheapest bid, but this is a case where you truly get what you pay for. Also, as a note to other women home owners, these guys will listen to you and not blow off what you say because you're a woman.

I had a fabulous experience start to finish. It starts by working with a color expert to plan the right combination and placement of colors. Then it moves into the active phase. The work crews are each run by a brother and the overall job supervised by the company owner who checks the job on site at least once a day. The work crew itself was skilled (they each had over 25 years experience working for PNPC-- these aren't short term day laborers), polite, detail-oriented, and responded attentively to questions and concerns. They did an amazingly thorough prep on the house and fence, and put down multiple coats to last. They give a two year warranty and mean it-- they even come out to check the house after a year. The house and fence are stunning now! I will definitely go back to them for future work and give them my highest recommendation to everyone.

I had a terrific experience with Pacific Northwest and am delighted with the way my house looks with a fresh coat of paint. As the other reviewers noted, Eric and his crew are professional, detail-oriented, show up on time and do what they say they are going to do. Cornelia is great with the colors, and she and Eric both care very much how the final project looks. They repainted various pieces of trim and the porch at no extra charge until we all agreed the house looked just right. (As a bonus, the new paint scheme had the effect of making a difficult architectural "feature" much less noticeable.) The project was completed on-time and on-budget, and I will gladly use them again in the future.

Eric and his crew just finished being part of our family for a couple of months, and we're sad to see them go. They did extensive dry rot repair, renovated our kitchen, replaced siding, did a spectacular job painting our home's exterior, and completed a long list of other home improvement chores.

Eric began the project by giving us a detailed and thorough estimate for each portion of the work and made many suggestions to improve our initial ideas. Christina researched the permits with the city up front, and both she and Eric kept in constant contact with us from Day 1. Cornelia worked with us to pick the perfect paint colors. And the on-site crew were flat out fantastic, making suggestions almost every day to improve the plans, being ever-flexible and supportive, and making sure everything was spotless at the end of every working day. They also worked around our many other on-site workers (we were also having yard work and foundation work done).

In terms of cost, we found PNPCs prices to be very reasonable compared to the other estimates. Eric was very pro-active in letting us know what would change the cost of the project, and those changes were rare and mostly because of tasks we added to the project.

Like most homeowners, we have a long list of future projects planned, and PNPC will be our go-to guys for everything. Many thanks to them!

We absolutely love the work Eric and his crew have done. Eric has been one of the most ethical, not to mention competent, people with whom we've ever done business. We originally hired the company to paint our relatively-modest home a couple of years ago, and, later, our cabana and garage. The latest job was removing an interior door and finishing off that wall. The interior job was so well-done that, even after the earthquakes we had a few weeks ago, there is not a hint of the original outline of the door. Eric had his crew follow up on our house painting jobs several times, at no charge, for a couple of minor problems that were due to our underlying materials, not his crew's workmanship. Cornelia, his wife, "The Color Lady," has an incredible sense of color! Her suggestions really made our house - and, later, our kitchen, look terrific! We were skeptical at first, especially about painting the ceilings, separated by white crown molding, the same color as the walls. Instead of feeling boxed-in, it is beautiful, and we've received many compliments. His workers are first rate and make every effort to be sure that everything is correct, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards.

I wish that I could give Pacific Northwest 10 stars, because 5 seem inadequate. They recently completed the 5th project at our home. This one involved a complex bathroom remodel. Over the years they have painted our house inside and out; replaced rotten windows; installed crown molding and baseboards, and have replaced 2 fireplace mantels. With every project, they came in at or under budget, completed the work on schedule, and did a fantastic job.

They have a wonderful staff, that has been with Pacific Northwest for many years. Every member of their team is very skilled, polite, and responsive. Eric Grunseth, the owner of Pacific Northwest, is not your average "Joe the Contractor." He is a Stanford grad, who double majored in Communications and Engineering. Eric has superb communication skills. Every day I received an email describing what was accomplished the previous day, and what the plan was for the next day. With every project there are always complications and minor glitches. Eric is a creative problem solver, and he was able to find excellent solutions to any problem. Also, Eric and his team show up on time, every single day.

I would also like to add that the subcontractors they utilize are master craftsmen, who know exactly what they are doing. An added bonus is Eric's wife, Cornelia. She is a skilled decorator and a color consultant. When we asked them to paint a small rather dark tv room, she came up with the idea of painting the ceiling a lighter shade of the same color. It totally opened up the room and made it feel larger. I would never have thought of that.

Pacific Northwest always does exactly what they have promised to do, when they say they will do it. I could not recommend them more highly.
