Our project included knocking down a wall, expanding the kitchen into the once dining room, 10 foot island, downdraft vent for a Wolf stove, TV, new cabinets, etc. John and his project manager Todd were there for me, and would answer my calls immediately. When something went wrong, they were "on it" immediately, and remedied it quickly. Todd, his project manager, had a detailed plan. I worked closely with him on deliverables, theirs and ours, to make sure we purchased things to keep the project on schedule.
