I had JGM Pet doors come and install 2 pet doors in my house. Not only did they do a fabulous job, but they were friendly, professional and on time! I was a little worried about them cutting through the block wall, but they did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company!!

We discovered this amazing company 7-8 years ago at a Home show and they have installed and covered up a dog door in our previous home and installed one in our current home. Recommend them to everyone and about to hire them again to install at my son’s new home

This company is wonderful! I run a dog rescue for rottweilers and I contacted them when we were in need of a dog door for our newest kennel and they stepped up and donated the door and the labor to install it!! Jay was excellent. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and to provide his ETA, and he showed up right on time. We had ordered another color wall unit door but upon seeing it in our home, we wanted to select another color. He made it happen without any hassle or cost to is. Thanks so much, Jay, for putting up with the incessant barking and curiosity of our dogs! The door looks amazing- super near and clean. Very pleased!

I had been looking into getting a doggie door. JGM had several good reviews including the product they manufacturer and warrant. I did not see anything negative so I called them up. Owner answered and is very serious about maintaining happy customers. They also offer another cheaper brand but I chose theirs as it looked more durable, is carpeted for temperature safety incase it's in the sun and all around a better product. Installer also said they remove and temporarily patch up if needed for home improvement inspections such as pool installations. I am pleased with the outcome!

We had our door installed yesterday afternoon. The installer was very nice and even came early to install the door! Everyone I came in contact with at the company was helpful and knowledgeable. The dogs enjoy the freedom to come and go as they please.
