With more than 90% of shoppers now turning to the web to find goods and services, many local-area businesses are seeking effective yet affordable ways to connect with customers online. The self-storage industry, for example, has long relied on yellow books and billboards to bring renters and storage space together. However, such traditional tools have seen a steady decline in efficacy since 2000. StorageFront launched in 2009 to provide a modern, helpful resource for the self-storage industry, which now numbers over 50,000 facilities nationwide and continues to grow on the American population.
Facility is ok but I've had the storage a few years and there have been 2 significant price increases and, after renting it, a mandatory insurance charge (which covers any negligence on their part, i.e. it is insurance for them). So effectively 3 price increases, from somewhere close to $50 or $55 to the current $81. In the past I had storage at a different place for many years (on the order of 20) with no increase. I live abroad so there is not much I can do about this except during a trip back. Until I can look for a better deal I'm stuck with these increases plus whatever else they want to add. (I'll give 2 stars instead of 1 since the facility itself is ok.)
