Careful and professional. We used Waters 29 years ago in a local Bay Area move and now long distance from the Bay Area to Southern CA. From initial estimates with Ed, to packing to storage and final move, all the Waters group was great to work with. Final move this week, Alfredo and his team were efficient, thorough and quick in reassembling and even moving a few items after we changed our minds about the initial placement. My move with Waters went smoothly and the crew was great. They took great care in prepping my belongings for travel and when they delivered my things everything was in perfect condition. Considering my move was done in 100 degree weather, the crew still worked diligently to get it done efficiently. I would highly recommend Waters for any size move. The staff at the office is professional and caring. They made my move a success!

This moving company is great. They are very professional and I couldn't ask for better service. This was the 3rd time I have used them. First when My mom moved in 2005 and again that same year when I moved. We both moved to the same house. They preformed 3 different services. Storage service. trash service, and the move. I have used Waters for business and residential moves and either full-service or simply moving packed boxes. The team is incredibly quick and self-sufficient. Their "take a load off, we're here to help" attitude makes for the fastest, most stress-free moving experiences I've ever had. I will continue to use Waters for my moves anywhere in the bay area.

Our moving experience far exceeded our expectations. We called Waters rather last minute, and they gladly accommodated our needs. They were professional from the first phone call until the last item was gently moved into our new home. Alfredo and his crew were incredible! Efficient, professional, so friendly! They packed our entire house up in less than one day, and then moved us the next day. When the empty totes were ready to be picked up, they came the very day we called them. Waters moved our furniture into storage until we finish the remodel of our new home. They arrived exactly on time; worked quickly and efficiently; were extremely careful with my furniture and navigating around my home; and they worked well as a team -- kind and considerate to each other as well as to me.
