Had Mark out to do some irrigation work at our house back in July and just getting around to post something about it. He was super friendly, knew exactly what needed to be done, and everything was fixed like new. Very impressed with the service and the now fixed sprinkler system!
Horrible customer service. Scheduled sprinkler blow out for 3pm. 3 hours later still waiting. Called office at 3:30 they said he was running about 1hr 45 behind. Asked for him to call and haven't heard anything. If you knew he was so far behind why didn't I get a call earlier? Had to use my PTO to get treated like this.
