Allstate Information Management has been protecting information assets since 1989. From our humble beginnings in a 10' x 20' space, we've grown exponentially over the years. With the addition of our regional facility in Pennsauken, NJ, we now control close to 13 million cubic feet of secure storage space. I wanted to thank you for your help with my scanning project this past year. As you know, our business is not a huge company and often projects for mid-size companies are not prioritized. The film & video vault walls are constructed of 12 poured, reinforced concrete. Dedicated fire sprinkler systems protect the packaged film and video assets. Each vault has its own HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) unit along with a Munter's desiccant dehumidification system which allows the finite climate control range required when protecting and preserving film and video assets.

Although Allstate record storage services are amongst the most secure in the land, we recognize that some documents or items demand extra care and attention to ensure that they are stored safely. For vital or historical documents, and/or those kept more than 10 years, our Type I vault walls are 12 inches of poured, reinforced concrete.
