My contractor gave me his price list from the vendor and told me to call and place the order, which I did. I told the woman on the phone who my contractor was and that I had his price list. She said ok. Fast forward to the delivery and I find that they did not charge me the contractor's price but a much higher price. I called and asked why that is and the lady said the contractor had to place the order, which they failed to tell me when I called. She then said "you're out of luck". Unbelievable! We have about $15k more of stone and rocks needed this spring and summer for projects on our property and will DEFINITELY be going elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!
