To try and help the college students that are having to move out of their dorms early, we are offering only the 5x10 non-climate or climate controlled units free for the 1st month, then 1/ 3 off through August 2020. All other sizes are 50% off through August 2020. The rates will go back to our current rates effective September 1, 2020. As always, all of our leases are month-to-month.
