Virginia Transfer & Storage Company is a local, family owned moving business that was founded in 1895 by Ward R. Scull in Newport News, Virginia. Since our doors opened, we have placed a strong emphasis on establishing lasting, long-term relationships with our employees, our clients, and the community in which we reside. In 1934, Virginia Transfer & Storage Co. became the exclusive agent for Aero Mayflower Transit Co. for purposes of servicing its long distance moving customers. Since then, we have provided quality, professional moving services for multiple generations of families in the Hampton Roads area.
