I highly recommend this plumber. I identified a leak and called the number. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled an appt for the same day. The plumber, Donnie, showed up in the stated window and within minutes identified the problem. He then gave me a full quote of what it would take to fix. I could take the price or say thank you and call someone else. I chose to go with it and Donnie fixed it immediately. Work is guaranteed. I was a little alarmed at the $70 visit fee and the cost may be higher (although I didn't compare) but you get what you pay for- immediate high quality care.
Shane was incredibly patient and helpful as he worked with us in getting our kitchen sink, whole house sewer line and bathroom completely re-plumbed after our house sewer line backed up into the floors and walls of our bathroom requiring complete gutting and remodeling.
