My son bought his first house and inspector Dave wickham apparently forgot to open the air handler door. 6 of mud, mold, and debris were oozing from a hole in the ground. This hole meant for condensed water drip. I called weather engineers, they had someone there for an estimate to replace and repair all defects the next day. They worked with my son for financing. Every single worker that showed up at the house was professional, polite and hard working. The best business I have dealt with.
