I contacted this business 4-5 times after their service. They did not respond. I contacted through email and text multiple days at different times with questions with no response. This cost me $215 because they did not respond to update my invoice. I also had an estimate completed from them and I am cancelling this as they did not help with the previous service. They never followed up with me about that estimate. I can’t use a place that does not respond and lacks professionalism. Would NOT recommend.

This guy is beyond awesome. Called him about a sprinkler pipe that was cracked he texted me with pictures what to do. After hours was willing to go to anyway to help me. If anyone ever needs a plumber this guy should be you’re number one no matter what thank you Curtis

We used Curtis Plumbing to install a new hot water heater. Josh arrived on time and explained everything he would be doing from start to finish. He was very courteous, efficient, and completed the job in less than an hour. I recommend Curtis Plumbing to anyone that needs any plumbing work done.

I was out of town on business when my wife came home to a stream of water In the garage. The water was coming from the wall and she had our two young children to care for. Curtis Plumbing was not only quick to come and inspect the issue, but comforting in the way they explained the issues and the fix. Their estimates were up front, reasonable and fair. The entire project was completed within 24 hours and the team from Curtis plumbing saved our day! Because Curtis Plumbing got such positive ratings I called them last night. I got a call back 10 minutes later! This morning the man was promptly at my home. He fixed the leak, explaining why it happened. The cost was reasonable and I definitely will call them again.

Josh was very professional and went above and beyond the original repair when he showed me a broken toilet flange, explained the problem, and within an hour had totally replaced the part, re-seated the toilet, and even cleaned up the floor. I highly recommend Curtis Plumbing--a pleasant change from getting ripped-off!
When the toilet paper was unavailable, flushable wipes were the next best thing! 🧻
