Definitely recommend Earl's Performance Plumbing. Excellent customer service. My water heater hose sprung a leak and they sent someone immediately to help me with initial shut down while all the other companies (4) told me that they didn't have any availability until a day or two later. After initial assistance, the gentleman who came to replace hoses was great, very quick and was very personable. These two made a stressful situation feel less hectic. It was reasonably priced and I wish other companies were as service oriented!
I have used Earl's for years and never been disappointed. This time my kitchen sink started leaking madly on Christmas Day, where I had to enpty a bucket evey half hour or so. I was able to get Earls to come out first thing the next morning and fix the leak. Devin was our technician and was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Devin.
I want to HIGHLY recommend Earl's Performance Plumbing whom I am grateful to have called out to check well issues. Excellent service and communication, employees were very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable, and they understood my apparently obvious anxiety and trepidation! The installer was able to jimmy his crane truck under power lines and around trees and bushes. He showed and explained everything, and now I have a brand new well pump, line and control box. Mine was 27 year old hole filled galvanized, and rust nasty! One happy, satisfied customer! Thank you James, Paul and Bridget!
