In 1954, Paul Schlosser, Sr. opened Schlosser Plumbing & Heating to meet the growing demand for quality, affordable plumbing and heating in the greater Newark, Delaware area. With the later addition of air conditioning services, we became a one-stop shop for residential and light commercial customers. When Paul Schlosser, Jr. took over the management of the company in 1980, he began bidding and performing larger commercial jobs with the help of Charles "Chip" Gruber. With the addition of these larger jobs, our sizable base of residential and light commercial customers continued to grow.
