Buyer beware with this company. Not only can you never get anybody on the phone but went after I cancelled my services with them they showed up and did another service after I moved from the home in question. We received a bill from our new address and promptly called them and explain to them that we had already cancelled our service and you guys did an application anyway the response was well I'll have to get in touch with you after I speak to the owner and if there is an issue we will call you back.
Well it seems that a year-and-a-half later we got put into collections for $53 for a service that we had cancelled and they decided to do anyway and now refuse to talk to us. Be very careful using this company
