Benoure Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning

Founded in 1966 by Robert Benoure, Sr., our company has grown from a small family business into one of Vermont's leading mechanical contracting firms. We take pride in our legacy of excellence, having served the greater Burlington area for over five decades with unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a 100% employee-owned company since 2024, we maintain the same core values established by our founder, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. Our team of over 85 experienced professionals includes 70+ licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians dedicated to delivering superior residential and commercial solutions. We specialize in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and custom sheet metal fabrication, offering comprehensive design-build services for both new construction and renovation projects.

Our reputation is built on consistent reliability, technical expertise, and a client-focused approach that prioritizes long-term partnerships over transactional relationships. We maintain rigorous safety standards and stand behind our work with a one-year warranty in addition to manufacturer guarantees. Recognized by Vermont Business Magazine as the Best Plumbing Contractor for multiple years, our team continues to set industry benchmarks for technical proficiency and service excellence. With 24/7 emergency availability and a commitment to prompt, professional service, we ensure our clients' comfort and operational needs are met year-round. Our investment in employee ownership and ongoing training ensures we remain at the forefront of mechanical contracting innovation while maintaining the personal touch of our family-owned origins.
