GSA Regional Office Building is a 5 story, 302,000 Square Foot Class-A office building located in Des Moines, WA. Sequoyah's scope of work includes the core & shell, as well as the tenant build-out based on a design-build approach. The Boeing Everett Delivery Center provides office and conferencing spaces for Boeing and clients. Our scope of work included complete electrical for the building including lighting, lighting controls, emergency generator, fire alarm, audio/visual system, and power distribution.

Electrical and Low Voltage equipment is monitored, tested and calibrated for its performance, which extends the life of your equipment, as well as reduces outages or emergencies. Seeing problems before they arise. Our specially trained electricians and low voltage technicians can perform scheduled tests such as; infrared testing with thermographic scanning devices that identify overheated components in your electrical or low voltage systems.

Our service department is committed to providing you with 24-hour support, 7 days a week. In the event of a systems failure, Sequoyah is committed to bringing you back online as soon as possible. Our comprehensive preventative maintenance programs are developed to prevent costly outages by servicing systems before they fail. By utilizing diagnostic tools such as Infrared Thermal Imaging and Power Monitoring equipment, our team can quickly evaluate your existing electrical equipment, determine if it is likely to fail, and correct any possible electrical issues.
