We take bike to work month seriously, and took home first place for in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016. Bike East Bay also awarded us with the 2016 Bike-Friendly small business award. Upon purchase, we remodeled using sustainable elements.
Jim has been in the energy efficiency business since 1989. He founded kW Engineering in 1998 in order to do the work that he loves - exploring the technical side of energy efficiency to find innovative and reliable ways to save energy. He is a licensed mechanical engineer in California and Nevada, a LEED accredited professional, has conducted analyses for hundreds of projects, and taught extensively on HVAC and refrigeration. Arik has over 20 years of energy engineering experience, and provides support to a large variety of utility and state sponsored DSM programs, helping clients achieve their energy reduction goals.
