The owner Flavio was so rude! My husband called him and he sent someone to come out and take a look at the job. The guy he sent was apparently new which is not our fault! We paid the guy based on the prices the owner Flavio gave his electrician. The guy was at our house all day and Flavio got mad because he undercharged us for him being there all day. My husband told him he called him and the guy said whatever price I told the electrician. Then he proceeds to call my husband and told him we ripped him off and now he has to pay overtime. That's not our fault, why didn't he call his electrician to tell him his time was up? So when we tried to tell him something he kept talking and hung up on us. we called back and was telling him that those where the prices he gave us and when I was about to tell him where can we send a check and for how much he hung up again, before saying he didn't have time for us! So RUDE!! You run your business not the customer he set the price, not me! If you felt he was there to long then YOU should've called your guy and told him to leave so you didn't have to pay for overtime!!

I required additional outlets for my home and also had a lighting issue. After conducting an online search, I decided to contact Flavio, and I'm delighted that I did. They promptly sent me a skilled and bilingual worker who efficiently identified the problem and quickly located the source of the power outage. The worker was pleasant, direct, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. They also ensured the area was clean after completing the job. I had recessed lighting installed and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and the price. It was easy to make the appointment and I did not have to wait long for the installer to show up. The installer was patient and did a thorough job! The owner is polite and reasonable. I will definitely use them again for electrical work on the future!
