To better serve their construction clients In 1986 Rudolph-Libbe Companies, a NW Ohio regional general contractor, created a wholly owned real estate development company and property management firm called Vista Development Company. In 2009 Rudolph -Libbe Properties merged with Park West Development, a local family ran real estate investment firm, to from RL West Properties. Park West brought years of shopping center, including grocery anchored, experience to combine with Rudolph-Libbe's development processes and leasing team.
