The mantra of our founder-a masterful journeyman and esteemed entrepreneur, respectfully and affectionately referred to as The Tinman. We are a family-owned and -operated business established by Wayne Van Cleave in 1976. Wayne's commitment to quality and customer care-going the extra mile with integrity and expertise-are the cornerstones the company was founded upon, and the resolve with which it was founded. Those tenets endure as our guiding principles today. Intrigued by the story of Willis Carrier, the man who invented modern air conditioning-and thoroughly impressed with the equipment that bore his name-Wayne saw the combination of Carrier equipment with Quality installations as a natural fit.

Our AC went out over the weekend, with it being near triple digits - it was HOT inside. We called Quality; they were out very quickly, we had a great technician, excellent help from the office team and we're getting cooler again! Thank you Quality!

Excellent customer service! Professional, punctual, and helpful through the entire process of installing a new AC and furnace, including coordinating the change from electric to gas. Highly recommend!

She was treated with respect and dispatch was very kind and helpful. When the gentleman came out he went above and beyond in their eyes to fix the problem they were having. Highly ecommend them to anyone.
