This new construction is a top of the line three story, 90,000-square foot corporate headquarters located in Omaha. Completed in May 2013, this building boasts heated underground parking, third floor top deck, large exercise room with locker rooms, executive lounge and a 100-person lower level training auditorium. It also includes many state of the art systems that aim to provide security and convenience for its occupants. This project consisted of the construction of two new one-story retail structures at the Sterling Ridge Retail center at 132nd and Pacific Streets.
