Wealing Brothers began in 1983 when Ron and Dean Wealing purchased their first TerraGator and began to haul waste from hog barns. Soon, some neighbors took notice, requesting waste removal and application services. Wealing Brothers began providing services in the agricultural field, however, as time went on and the demand increased, business services expanded into biosolids removal and transportation throughout the Midwest. In July 2010, the founding owners turned over the business to Ron's sons, Lance and Chad.
