Doug came out fixed the problem and put my mind at ease about concerns I had about a fire hazard. The service was priced at a 1/3 of the price I paid for a service call a couple of months ago. He was personable and so helpful with same day service, I was even late meeting him and he was still so kind and helpful. I was looking for someone near where I lived and found them online.
