I am very fortunate to own extremely rare and valuable oriental rugs. Having them cleaned well is very important to me. Padding is highly recommended for all rugs utilized on hard surface and high traffic areas, and rugs with heavy household furniture on them such as tables, beds, and desks. We custom cut each pad to size. Full water submersion is the Traditional Old World way to properly clean Hand Made Rugs. Quality Rugs are not supposed to be truck mount cleaned. Many carpet cleaners offer rug cleaning but they do not provide the same service as Magic Rug Cleaners. At our Rug shop, every rug is 1st inspected for existing or potential damage, dye stability, how the rug is made & what fiber the rug is made of.
I love these two. We took a bunch of old and some newer rugs in for cleaning; some had to have some repairs. I would not take my rugs to anyone else. They are not only personable, but they really know what they are doing and can be trusted to handle your rugs with the utmost care. Some of the rugs we took to them were quite old and of course had sentimental value, as well as being worth a couple bucks, and they expertly cared for everything we brought in. Highly recommend their services.
Magic Carpet cleaned and repaired my old oriental carpet. They moved furniture, picked it up, and delivered it a few days later. They know their business, and advised me as to what was best to preserve my carpet. Their work was fast, thorough, and thoughtful. I was pleased with every phase of my transaction.
