We just purchased a house the carpet is 15 years old and terribly stained. It wasn't in the budget to replace it so we called Drummond's based on local recommendation. I'm serious, he worked magic. The carpet was higher end so it was in decent shape but the stains had been so terrible. He made them look amazing. I regret not taking before and after photos. It doesn't look like the same place. This is a completely different experience than your typical big box cleaners. This is first class all the way and gets results that are incredible and lasting. I hired Mark to clean, polish and seal my 12 year old travertine kitchen floor. It looks better than it did when it was brand new. He was very meticulous and really took good care of my baseboards and cabinets. He did a marvelous job and I would highly recommend him.

The company I work for hired Mark to clean and scotchgard 13 of our lounge room couches-- fairly large, all cushion couches in colors orange and an aqua blue. Mr. Drummond stopped by beforehand to take a look at the fabric, test it, and gave me some very important and interesting insight on the fabric and how it is supposed to be treated--proving his expertise. We originally agreed on a two-day period to complete all 13 couches and he did them all in 1 day!

He is very friendly, professional, hard-working, and knows A LOT about what he is doing! I'm so impressed and thankful Mark completed all 13 couches in 1 day. Did I mention he did them all by himself? Impressive! Thankyou Mark! We will definitely be calling him again for future services.

Definitely recommend Mark to "save" your carpet. Different carpet cleaner company had said that my carpet may not be salvagable and recommend to replace; but Mark was able to restore it. He spent almost the whole day to thoroughly do the job. Result was outstanding. Completely satisfied. A long over due Review as its been 6 months since. I was ready to rip all my carpet out that I installed 14 years ago, wood floors downstairs and all carpet upstairs. I noticed that with a regular maid service and being a splash on the clean freak edge, I always had dust on my furniture and the dust war was on going! So I starting thinking about what really creates it and how to stop it? and for the last several years I had used a chem dry process, and after really taking a hard look into the process, it tends to leave a lot of dirt down deep and once its dry it works up with every motion, like like basic foot traffic.

So I wanted to go back to a regular carpet cleaning service and get down deep and give it another try before dropping the cash to strip out the carpet and continue with wood floors upstairs too, or a really low profile carpet/ designer style with less dirt penetration. So I was on the hunt for a new carpet cleaner when after a few conversations I had spoken with Mark, his price was higher then I have ever paid before, average cleaning was $150.00 to $225.00 and they were out in 35-60 minute leaving me with a wet house and feet till night fall.

But this guy didn't sell me on fancy talk, he sold me on the concepts of a thorough and proper cleaning that he would do for me and possibly save me the added cost of replacement. End result was a dedicated day on my carpet, great knowledge and he made my old carpet look like new, even my friends were impressed. So the bottom line is this, experience quality, attention to detail and the great protection the your home. I strongly recommend him for a fresh start to any homes carpet.
