Fabulous experience from start to finish. John was responsive, professional and didn't try to upsell or deploy any other "tricks". Just straightforward terrific job on our sofas, rugs and runners. No horrible smells and everything looks brand new. HIGHLY recommend!

John is a true professional...if youre ever concerned about who youre hiring, youre in good hands with John. Ive recommended Johns company to several clients. He showed up when there was an emergency, and they needed a lot of water cleaned up quickly. Ive hired John at my home to remove PET issues from my carpets. I would recommend John to anyone! Just had my carpets cleaned by John. What a difference! He moved the furniture around, removed the stains from my bike (don't ask), and removed the soot from my pellet stove. Looks like new!
