The average American spends over 20 hours a day inside a closed structure. We spend 90 percent of our lives in doors. The quality of our indoor air is far more important to us than ever before, because early 1970s energy conservation measures have sealed up those indoor spaces tighter than ever. As we stated at the start, the Environmental Protection Agency has recommended the average residential home be cleaned at least each 6 to 12 months, and more frequently for smokers, children or pets. Also, cleaning your carpets and upholstery is an even greater priority if any one in your home suffers from allergies, asthma, or other similar health problems.

Most asking this question we assume do so to just get an idea of the cost. Some genuinely do not understand the cost, and also the value, of using a professional service for carpet & upholstery cleaning. So for explanation's sake we provide this page of information. Some firms use "price" as the MAJOR DRAWING INTEREST in solicitation, and some use half truths. Most use a price-printed form of this type of advertising to obtain new customers. Professional firms avoid pricing without some qualification.

We use Hot Water Extraction (HWE) for most cleaning requests. On commercial accounts, we maintain carpets with a combination of HWE and Encapsulation Bonnet Carpet Cleaning. Most carpets or upholstery are cleaned with hot water extraction simply because it appears to be the best method! When carpets are dampened with an appropriate and most needful amount of moisture, evaporation, and wicking efficiently bring the soiling up and we are able to extract it. We highly recommend, but certainly do not pressure sell this service because it does add to the carpet cleaning cost.

I contacted several companies in the area and then decided they were the guys I wanted to use. I would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning.

Reminder, this is a perfect time to clean your carpets, but if you're afraid you'll mess them up with the sand snow and salt, we do spot cleaning touch-ups reasonably if you're unable to do it yourself. Please remember cleaning we do restores a whole bunch more than one or two snow storms in the...
