Truck mounted hot water (240 degree) extraction is done by the heavy duty Butler Truck Mounted System, which remains outside in our truck and only the hoses and wand come into the home. A detergent solution called a pre-conditioner is sprayed into the carpet pile and is allowed time to dwell or emulsify for a period of 10-15 minutes. We use a powerful, yet safe and very effective, cleaning process. Using a specially developed cleaning solution and high-pressure, hot water rinse within a fully enclosed vacuum system, we can restore the gleam to your ceramic tile and grout surfaces.
