Rug Cleaning
Our 12-step Green Cleaning process thoroughly cleans rugs using plant-based soaps and industrial extraction systems. Each rug receives individualized treatment based on material type and construction. The process includes pre-treatment, soaking, handwashing, and controlled drying to prevent damage while removing deep-seated dirt and stains.
Rug Repairs
Expert technicians address wear-and-tear issues including frayed fringes, loose bindings, and pile damage. We employ traditional weaving techniques to rebuild damaged sections while maintaining original aesthetics. Repairs are performed after cleaning to ensure color consistency and structural integrity.
Stain Protection
Protective treatments create invisible barriers against spills and soil while maintaining rug texture. Our solutions work with both natural and synthetic fibers to prevent staining without altering appearance. Treatments are reapplied during routine cleanings to maintain effectiveness over time.
Appraisal Services
Certified experts provide detailed evaluations of rug value for insurance or collection purposes. Our appraisals consider age, origin, materials, and condition using industry-standard valuation methods. Clients receive official documentation with photographic records and market analysis supporting the assessed value.
Moth Eradication
Specialized treatments eliminate moth infestations while preserving rug fibers. The process includes deep cleaning to remove eggs and larvae followed by protective measures to prevent future damage. We address both active infestations and implement preventive strategies during routine maintenance visits.
