Following the consultation, our technician vacuums all of the floors we will clean and positions and relocates any furniture necessary. Then the K&T Chem-Dry technician mists our proprietary solution, The Natural, onto the surface. The Natural is a carbonation-based solution. It contains no soap, no chemicals and no detergents. Bubbles from the carbonation lift the dirt to the surface then state-of-the-art equipment removes it from your home or business.
Established in 1982: K&T Chem-Dry is a local, family-run company that has provided carpet cleaning to residents and businesses of Northern Illinois for 35 years. In fact, we've been in business long enough to clean for the children of our first customers and that's something we really take pride in. The franchise was first purchased in 1982 by owner Tim Dodaro Sr. Today it is run by Tim, his son Tim Jr. and his daughter Carrie Dodaro and operates out of Joliet, IL.
