Proper tree pruning and safe tree removal are both an art and a science which require individuals with industry training and the physical as well as mental capacity required to work 50 to 100 feet off the ground, often in difficult weather conditions. Your trees deserve proper care from tree care experts that know how to do it right! Our consulting arborists are among the most experienced, educated, and knowledgeable at tree problem resolution in the state. Our artborists are certified by the International Society of Arboriculture and have extensive formal training, many years of experience, and most hold a degree in plant pathology, forestry, or horticulture.

Arborilogical Services, Inc. has provided expert tree care services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1981. In the beginning, the owner and president, Mr. Steve Houser, and the vice-president and co-founder, Mr. Kevin Bassett, offered their clients the highest quality tree care with a commitment to "do whatever it takes to do the job right". That tradition continues today with a staff that includes some of the most recognized talent in our industry. Membership and certification from Arboriculture related professional associations keep our arborists informed about the latest in tree care.

Our degreed and certified arborists make-up a talented team of individuals who allow Arborilogical Services to offer a wide range of tree care services to help your trees flourish from a seedling to a large canopy tree.

If you have a stump to remove, we have the equipment you need. A stump grinder is a motorized machine with a spinning cutter wheel which grinds the stump into mulch. The stump can be ground to a shallow depth to allow turf or groundcover to grow, or it can be ground to a deeper level to plant larger plant material. Surface roots can also be removed if they present a problem. Mulch is a beneficial byproduct of stump grinding, which is often mixed with soil. The process can generate a large amount of mulch, which can be used in a flower bed, garden, or around trees, especially newly planted trees.

It takes a highly skilled, experienced, and properly trained tree climber to safely remove a tree without damage to existing property. When a tree removal becomes necessary, our climbers are among the most knowledgeable and experienced available. Since our inception, the phrase at the top of our proposal reads: "Enhancing our urban environment through tree preservation". We have always worked diligently to save as many trees as possible over the years. While it is often the last resort, there are circumstances when tree removal becomes necessary or required.

Regardless of a trees size or age, our degreed and certified arborists can determine the right technique to prune each tree to help it live a longer healthier life. A well pruned tree is a work of art that looks natural and attractive. Proper pruning maintains each tree's unique aesthetic character and natural growth form. Poorly pruned trees do not look natural and are not as healthy, nor as structurally sound. Each cut is important as it has the potential of changing the growth habit, character, and health of a tree.

Thank you Arborilogical and Sarah for coming out and making my yard look like a yard instead of a jungle. Had several trees removed as well as the canopy raised and trees thinned out - approx 12 mature trees total. Staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be calling them out annually.
