Metro Cleaning Service specialized in janitorial services and carpet shampooing with primarily commercial accounts. As word spread of the quality carpet cleaning provided by Metro Cleaning Service, they began to receive requests for residential carpet and upholstery cleaning. In 1972, steam cleaning was introduced to the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry and Metro Cleaning Service was quick to adopt this new technology.
