The owner was very quick to respond to my unique scenario and assured me that I was not the only person to have a gallon of water explode and leak into carpet and floor of my car, which caused mildew. I told him my schedule and appointment was set for time that fit my calendar. He showed up promptly and was able to fix my water issue and restored the floor carpets to original look like the day I bought it. I will be making future appointment for him to tackle carpets in the home and will be referring him to friends, family, and my customers.
