I have several Chinese rugs that they cleaned and had them looking like new. I also had them repair a Korean-Chinese rug that looks great now. My rugs look wonderful and you can tell that they put a lot of integrity into their job. They have made suggestions to help my rugs look better and last longer. They picked up our rugs and had them ready within a week. They custom cut pads for us. Though the rugs were ready to be returned, we were having our floors refinished and they gladly held our rugs for us until we could take them back. When they brought them back they looked beautiful and felt very soft and clean. Excellent service! We have already sent out two more rugs for them to clean.
