Jared the manager of the carpet cleaning and mold department came right over. Technican showed up two days later, treated the area(12 sq ft) cleaned up and said he wished all his jobs were say easy. Jared didn't try to upsell anything, told you the truth, and gave reasonable solutions to the problem. I would gladly use them again.
