No one called to inform me of this and I have now lost a 1/2 day of work due to incompetence of the scheduler. They even had my address incorrect even though I confirmed address twice. The gentlemen on the phone didn't even apologize even though he could tell I was fuming mad. Unacceptable customer service. 1 star is too much.
