Our owner: Marcus Moran has lived in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area with his wife Sherri and their daughter Morgan since 1997. Sherri Moran is retired from the Iredell-Statesville School system and currently tutors children, while also an active Lake Norman real estate agent. Marcus is a licensed and experienced landscape designer and installation professional. His work in the landscaping industry began in 1984, installing residential and commercial landscape projects for customers in: California, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Arkansas.
We are up to date with all NC codes and requirements regarding irrigation system installations. We are one of the very few landscape contractors serving Lake Norman that are Licensed Irrigation Contractors to install any irrigation system in the state of North Carolina. The state of NC requires permits and inspections to assure that the irrigation system meets all state and local specifications and codes. Additionally, a new NC law requiring a separate irrigation meter, when connected to city water (for properties plotted after July 2009) to be installed by the utility department for new irrigation systems is in place (all irrigation systems installed after 7/1/2009 unless plotted prior to 7/1/2009).
