Dan The Piano Man

For nearly five decades, Dan The Piano Man has served as a trusted partner for families, businesses, and institutions across the Inland Northwest. Originally established as Dan the Piano Man in 1980, our company built its reputation on the specialized skill of piano moving before expanding to handle all types of household and commercial relocations. Our team of experienced technicians and movers combines technical expertise with meticulous care to ensure the safe transport of valuable possessions, from delicate antiques to oversized items that require creative problem-solving. We take pride in offering comprehensive services beyond basic moving, including piano tuning, repair, climate-controlled storage, and sales of restored instruments. Headquartered in Spokane Valley, Washington, we serve Spokane, North Idaho, and surrounding areas with a commitment to personalized service and customer satisfaction.

Our employee-owned team continues the legacy of founder Dan Loibl, who cultivated trust through word-of-mouth referrals, exceptional service, and a deep understanding of clients' needs. We provide free in-home estimates and maintain strict licensing and insurance standards to ensure reliability. Our blog shares practical moving tips, local insights, and stories that reflect our dedication to making every move stress-free. From navigating spiral staircases to transporting unusual items like vintage vending machines, we approach each job with professionalism and adaptability. This combination of experience, versatility, and community focus has earned us recognition as a local legend in the moving industry.
