Services
One-Way Doors
We install one-way doors at wildlife entry points to allow animals to exit but not re-enter. This method ensures humane eviction without separating mothers from offspring. Our technicians monitor activity to confirm successful exclusion before sealing access points permanently.
Vent Screening
We replace damaged vents with wildlife-proof mesh to block access to attics, subfloors, and dryer vents. Our solutions maintain airflow while preventing animals from nesting in vulnerable areas. Installations include aesthetic finishes that blend with property exteriors.
Exclusion Mesh
Our exclusion mesh prevents bats and pigeons from roosting in eaves while allowing future access for maintenance. We incorporate zippers into installations for roof access and ensure mesh blends visually with building exteriors for long-term protection.
Predator Scent Deterrents
We apply non-toxic predator scents around properties to deter skunks, raccoons, and foxes. These eco-friendly deterrents repel wildlife without harming pets, children, or plants. Applications target high-traffic areas to create effective exclusion zones.
Foundation Screening
We install underground screening 1-1.5 feet below ground to prevent skunks and other diggers from accessing subfloors. This method blocks existing burrows and discourages new digging while maintaining landscape integrity.
