Miller Farms began landscaping around Humboldt County in the early 1960s. During that time, construction design and techniques were somewhat primitive. A basic design consisted mainly of a lawn with irrigation crafted from galvanized piping with threaded fittings. Junipers and Rhododendrons were the main choice for planting. All of this was installed by manual labor and a farm tractor. As the years passed, new technology, equipment, and theories in design have changed greatly. Miller Farms has grown with time as well, becoming Humboldt and Del Norte County's leader in client satisfaction and superb craftsmanship from all types of landscapes, fencing, automatic gates, retaining walls and much, much more.
