We gave Des Moines Pest Control a shot after noticing more bugs than we’d have liked around the house. I inquired about service online in the afternoon, they called me back the next morning and after a few questions had an appointment set up. We had to schedule a couple of weeks out, but they were very forthcoming about that up front. On the day of service, Dane, our tech, arrived a little before the appointment time and ran through things with us real quick, which is wonderful with both of us working from home and having a pet. He was very personable and worked quickly around and through the house. He reassured us if there were any issues to let them know and they’d come back out, no hassle. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for pest control.

Called in today and spoke with Sherri. While DM Pest Control doesn't perform the service I need (single application/bird mites), she promptly returned my call, instructed me on some other options I might try, and even did some research on her own as to how I might solve my mite problem. all while offering to help more if I needed it. Just with a phone call. Excellent service and this isn't even the two guys pictured! Imagine the service I might get if they were able to help me! Thanks Sherri!

Des Moines Pest Control statement on Covid - 19
Lance's final day was last Friday. We are glad he was able to finish out the season with us though we know he was hoping to make it down to Texas earlier than December. He did an amazing job for DMPC the last 3 seasons and he will be missed. Rob and Chris will be handling his accounts for the next few months so don't hesitate to call if you need assistance.
