We selected this company because of it's Angie's List rating. I'm so disappointed. It's more than 24 hours later and my rugs are still not dry and the mildew smell has permeated my house. The technian assured me my rugs would be dry in 2 hours and they still looked dirty because they were wet. I called to try for a resolution but the young lady, Hannah, that takes their calls was so rude and unprofessional. She was in essence blaming me for them screwing up my rugs. Never again! And YES I did stop payment on my check. This customer service was below 1 star.
