Pest Control
Our certified technicians provide comprehensive pest control for common Minnesota pests including ants, spiders, ticks, and termites. Using Integrated Pest Management techniques, we identify infestation sources, implement eco-friendly treatments, and establish prevention barriers. Services include seasonal maintenance plans and emergency response for severe infestations.
Wildlife Removal
Specialized wildlife control addresses raccoons, bats, and rodents through humane exclusion methods. Our NWCOA-certified team performs structural assessments, implements exclusion strategies, and offers attic remediation. Services include zoonotic disease prevention and pheromone removal to deter re-infestation.
Attic Insulation
Professional attic insulation services improve energy efficiency and prevent ice dams. We install fiberglass, cellulose, or TAP insulation to meet Minnesota R-value requirements while incorporating pest-resistant materials. Services include thermal imaging assessments and EPA-certified installation methods.
Disinfection Services
Post-removal disinfection eliminates zoonotic disease risks and pheromone trails. Our process uses HEPA filtration, steam treatment, and EPA-registered disinfectants to sanitize contaminated areas. Services include protective gear usage and proper waste disposal following OSHA standards.
Ice Dam Prevention
Preventative ice dam services protect roofs through snow removal and thermal management. Our technicians perform targeted snow clearing, install heating cables, and address insulation deficiencies. Emergency steaming services resolve existing ice dams to prevent structural damage.
